We’re hiring experienced landscape irrigation and general labor technicians to join our fast-growing team. If you have a background in sprinkler installation, service, or landscape lighting, this is a great opportunity to put your skills to work and build a long-term career. We’re specifically looking for candidates with prior experience in service technician roles—no entry-level positions at this time. Candidates from industries like manufacturing, roofing, power washing, warehouse, or construction are welcome to apply if they have relevant technician experience.

💰 Pay & Benefits

✅ Training Pay: $1,500 - $1,700/week

📅 Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 5 PM (No weekends, so you can enjoy your time off!)

✅ After Training (6 months):

🔹Service Techs: $1,300 - $1,500/week

🔹Install Techs: $1,200 - $1,400/week

✅Paid Time Off

✅ Seasonal Work with options for:

• Continued work in snow removal during winter

Responsibilities:

✅ Install and service residential & commercial lawn irrigation systems

✅ Diagnose and repair irrigation system leaks, controllers, and valves

✅ Perform system inspections, adjustments, and winterization

✅ Work outdoors in various weather conditions

✅ Use hand tools and equipment to dig, trench, and lay pipes

✅ Provide excellent customer service and job site professionalism

✅ Follow safety protocols and ensure high-quality workmanship
